A Winchester man was jailed for an alleged criminal mischief incident, by Roseburg Police on Wednesday.
An RPD report said just after 9:00 p.m. 40-year old Kevin Rhoden pulled up to a residence in the 1300 block of Southeast Mill Street, and busted out the window of a victim’s vehicle. There is a restraining order prohibiting Rhoden from being within 150 feet of a person who was inside the home and his probation prohibits such contact.
A check of the neighborhood revealed Rhoden also kick the back door of the same victim’s car. He was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, violation of a restraining order and for a probation violation. Rhoden was held without bail.
