Wildlife Safari is holding its annual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving morning.

The 5K run and walk will take place at 8:30 a.m. with check in at 8:00 a.m. The trot will be on a course that includes the carnivore loop, where cheetahs and Sumatran tigers may just run alongside participants, from inside their enclosures.

Cost for the event is $15 per person for those over age 12, if signed up before November 15th. After that, it will go up to $20 per person.
