One driver was taken to the hospital following a two-vehicle wreck on Tuesday.

A report from Oregon State Police said just before 12:50 p.m. a sedan was in the intersection turning left from Grant Smith Road onto Highway 42 in Green. An SUV was traveling straight from the highway onto the road. As the first vehicle was turning, it went into the path of the second one and was struck in the right rear tire area.

The driver of the SUV was cited for having a suspended license. She was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for treatment of possible minor injuries. Both vehicles had minor damage and did not have to be towed.
