One person was jailed and one was cited after an alleged disorderly conduct incident Wednesday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 1:20 p.m. a 45-year old man and a 34-year old woman were allegedly involved in a disturbance in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. Dispatch received several calls from witnesses who said the pair were seen hitting each other.

Both were arrested. The man was taken to corrections and charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and for a probation violation. The woman was cited for the offense and was released on the scene.
