Roseburg Police arrested a man for a warrant after he was spotted sleeping on Tuesday.

The RPD report said just after 7:00 a.m. the 34-year old was seen in front of a business in the 1400 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. An officer checked for warrants and dispatch confirmed the man had an active warrant from the State Parole Board for absconding.

The man was held without bail.
