A Roseburg man was jailed after being contacted by Roseburg Police Thursday afternoon.

An RPD report said at 3:30 p.m. officers responded to the 2000 block of Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard regarding a possible theft suspect. The 35-year old was taken into custody and charged with a probation violation. He was detained without bail.
