A Roseburg man was jailed following an alleged trespass incident early Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 3:30 a.m. the 40-year old was contacted in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street, which is in the downtown exclusion zone. He returned as a city expulsion violator on his third warning for drinking in public. He was charged with second-degree trespass. Bail was set at $1,250.
