The Oregon Department of Transportation will hold a dedication ceremony for the new Scottsburg Bridge on Thursday morning at 11:00 a.m.

Dan Latham said the event will celebrate the success of the project, which began with the Oregon Legislature’s passage of House Bill 2017 – the Keep Oregon Moving Act – to the opening of the new bridge.

Latham said the event will be hosted by ODOT Interim Region Manager Darrin Neavoll, with several speakers featured. It will be held on Lutsinger Creek Road, near the southwest end of the bridge and the Oregon 38 intersection. Parking is available nearby.
