A fugitive was jailed after a report said he was acting disorderly near Micelli Park on Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said just before 8:30 p.m. the 33-year old was contacted in the 1500 block of Southeast Micelli Street. He was taken into custody and held on $10,000 bail.
