A Roseburg woman was jailed after an alleged menacing incident on Sunday.

A report from the Douglas County Sheriff’s Office said at 10:45 p.m. 34-year old Michelle Montelione was out in a cul-de-sac in the 100 block of Pawnee Court, north of Roseburg, and was breaking windows on her vehicle and on a victim’s vehicle as well.

The report said Montelione indicated she did this to keep the cars from moving and taking her family away. Two neighbors called dispatch and said they were bothered by the noise and commotion. The suspect also allegedly stood on a victim’s porch and threatened to burn the house down with her in it.

Montelione was charged with menacing, first-degree disorderly conduct and for second-degree disorderly conduct. She was detained without bail.
