The Roseburg City Council will get an update on the Gary Leif Navigation Center at its meeting Monday night.

Councilors will hear from Program Manager Erica Kimrey.

The council will also hear a report from Mayor Larry Rich regarding the compensation for City Manager Nikki Messenger. Councilors can decide to approve a pay raise, make no changes or seek more information.

The city has received applications from eight people interested in serving on the Homeless Commission. Councilors are expected to make a selection to fill a vacant seat.

The council will get an update on the work of the Roseburg Charter Review Committee. Rich will make a proclamation for Constitution Day.
