Asphalt road surface repairs continue Thursday on Northeast Diamond Lake Boulevard in Roseburg.

The road is also known as Highway 138E and is maintained by the Oregon Department of Transportation. An ODOT maintenance crew is grinding and paving damaged and rutted pavement in a half-mile area heading east from the Roseburg Public Library. That means there are lane closures while the project is underway.

ODOT is asking motorists to watch for congestion and workers in the roadway.
