The Fir Grove Splash Pad is open through Labor Day.

A City of Roseburg release said it could be a good way for the public to escape the heat with the National Weather Service calling for highs in the mid to upper 90s for most of the week.

Operated by Roseburg Parks and Recreation staff, the splash pad is open in Fir Grove Park daily from 10:00 a.m. to dusk. Its located just off of West Harvard Avenue behind the Umpqua Valley Arts Center.

The splash pad is a free, seasonal park amenity open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. It is scheduled to close on Tuesday.
