A Myrtle Creek man was jailed on a felony assault charge on Tuesday.

A Myrtle Creek Police report said at 2:20 p.m. the 65-year old was taken into custody in the 900 block of Northeast Christian Street following an investigation into a disturbance. He was held without bail. No further information was released in the case from MCPD.
