COVID-19 CLAIMS 29 MORE LIVES, 2,619 NEW CASES REPORTED

COVID-19 has claimed 29 more lives, with 2,619 new cases reported in Oregon between Friday and Sunday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority said 400 people in the state are currently hospitalized related to COVID-19, with 43 of those in intensive care unit beds.

The new cases include:

*600 in Multnomah County

*290 in Washington County

*246 in Clackamas County

*241 in Lane County

Locally OHA said there were 56 new cases in Douglas County.
