Roseburg Police jailed a man for alleged disorderly conduct on Thursday.

An RPD report said at 12:00 p.m. officers contacted the 39-year old after three witnesses called dispatchers to say the suspect was screaming and walking around with his pants down in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard.

The man was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $2,500.
