NORTH DOUGLAS COUNTY FAIR CELEBRATING 100 YEARS

The North Douglas County Fair in Drain is celebrating 100 years of community, music, and fun.

This Friday, Saturday, and Sunday celebrate the oldest continuous Fair in Oregon at Civic Park with events, entertainment, vendors and more.

The North Douglas County Fair runs Friday 6:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m., Saturday from 11:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m., and Sunday 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.

Live music will have toes tapping all weekend long with The Sunny Sky Boys, Storyville Jazz Band, Rockwork Orange, The Melodic Minors, and a fire show.

The community parade begins at 10:00 a.m., with lineup at 8:30 a.m. and judging at 9:30 a.m.

A car show is taking place after the parade with unique vehicles of all shapes and sizes.

The Exhibit Hall will be open on Saturday and Sunday to see art, play games, and enjoy special vendors.

There will be magic shows and family games happening throughout the event.

The North Douglas County Fair was established in 1922 in Drain, on the grounds of the Drain Civic Center and historic Methodist Church.
