A Eugene woman was jailed due to a reported trespass incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 7:00 a.m. officers contacted the 27-year old in the 2400 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway after she allegedly refused to leave CHI Mercy Medical Center after security staff told her to.

While trying to detain the suspect, she reportedly hit and kicked an officer. Once detained, she was transported to Corrections. She was charged with second-degree criminal trespass and for harassment and was detained without bail.
