Roseburg Police jailed a man after an alleged menacing incident on Saturday.

An RPD report said officers contacted 36-year old Rocky Kerns at 6:00 p.m. in the 1100 block of Southeast Stephens Street after a victim said the man was refusing to leave her home. The suspect had allegedly grabbed the victim’s arm hard enough to bruise it a few days earlier so the victim had gone to a neighbor’s house.

The report said Kerns followed her to this location, pounded on the door, threatened to hurt her dog, then left the scene in his vehicle. He was charged with menacing, harassment and second-degree disorderly conduct. Kerns was held without bail.
