WOMAN JAILED AFTER ALLEGED HARASSMENT

A woman was jailed after an alleged harassment incident, by Roseburg Police early Thursday.

An RPD report said just before 2:15 a.m. 39-year old Angela Wells was arrested after allegedly punching and pushing an employee at a business in the 300 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. The woman had been asked to leave multiple times before the incident, but she refused.

Wells parole officer authorized her arrest for a parole violation of the new crimes and for alcohol possession. Charges included harassment, second-degree counts of criminal trespass and disorderly conduct, and for the parole violation. She was cited for drinking in public. Wells was detained without bail.
