Two people were taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle accident Wednesday afternoon.

A Roseburg Police report said at 1:10 p.m. the first vehicle was eastbound at the intersection of Northwest Edenbower Boulevard and Northwest Aviation Drive, preparing to turn north on a flashing light. The second vehicle was going westbound on Edenbower with a green light when the first driver made a turn, causing the vehicles to collide.

Both drivers complained of injury and were transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center. They were treated and released according to a hospital spokesperson. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene. Traffic was delayed for a time while the accident was cleaned up.
