An Oakland man was jailed for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Thursday.
A Douglas County Sheriff’s Office report at 1:40 p.m. a deputy was dispatched to a home in the 100 block of Union Gap Loop after a victim said the suspect was damaging her vehicle at the residence. The 25-year old was contacted at his home where he ultimately admitted to the damages.
The man was charged with second and third-degree counts of criminal mischief. Bail was set at $7,500. The suspect was released on Friday.
