The Douglas County Fair has released its main entertainment lineup for this year.
The fair will run from Wednesday August 10th through Saturday August 13th and is presented by Clint Newell Auto Group.
*Wednesday will feature the Challenge of Champions Bull Riding in the Cascade Community Credit Union Grandstands at 7:00 p.m. Following that, southern rock band the Boondock Boys, from Grande Ronde Oregon, will play at the News Review Garden Park Stage at 8:30 p.m.
*Thursday its country singer Grainger Smith, featuring Earl Dibbles Junior, who will play at the Cascade Community Credit Union Amphitheater at 7:30 p.m.
*Friday its southern rock group The Marshall Tucker Band, in the amphitheater at 8:00 p.m.
*Saturday night at 8:00 p.m. AC/DC tribute band Hells Belles plays in the amphitheater.
Auto Races will be back in the Grandstands on Saturday at 2:00 p.m.
All shows are free with fair admission. In addition to the nightly entertainment, an all-new carnival, Rainier Amusements will be featured. Admission tickets along with carnival wristbands will go on sale June 1st. Kids age 12 and under are admitted free all day, thanks to the Cow Creek Band of Umpqua Tribe of Indians.
