Roseburg Police jailed a man for a restraining order violation on Thursday.

An RPD report said at about 8:30 p.m. the 41-year old allegedly posted a picture on Facebook of he and a female kissing. The woman commented on the post and the suspect replied, which violated the order against him.

The suspect was jailed on $5,000 bail, but was released that evening.
