A 57-year-old Glendale woman is back in jail as of Thursday morning after she obstructed traffic in Roseburg by undressing and standing in the middle of the road.

Valerie Salter was taken into custody on charges of second degree disorderly conduct on Wednesday just after 6 p.m.

The Roseburg Police Department says Salter was released from jail earlier in the day, but had to escorted out of the Douglas County Courthouse after allegedly being disorderly in the records department.

Once outside, Salter took off her clothes and blocked traffic in the 900 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue.

Officers arrested Salter and booked her at Douglas County Corrections. She’s being held on $2,500 bail.
