A Roseburg woman was cited following a two-vehicle wreck on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 8:45 a.m. a 54-year old was traveling west on West Harvard Avenue near Broccoli Street. A 19-year old driver failed to obey a traffic control device at the intersection. Her vehicle struck the side of the first vehicle, causing it to flip on it’s top. A passenger in the vehicle hit was transported to CHI Mercy Medical Center for neck pain. She was treated and released according to a hospital spokesperson.

The driver who caused the accident was cited for failing to obey a traffic control device and was released. Both vehicles had to be towed from the scene.
