A Roseburg man was jailed for a probation violation after an incident early Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 1:30 a.m. officers contacted the 36-year old near the corner of Southeast Kane and Southeast Lane, because he was laying in the middle of the road. The suspect admitted to using drugs, which was a violation of his probation. The man allegedly had violation amounts of methamphetamine and heroin.

The suspect was held without bail.
