A Roseburg man was jailed for an alleged trespass incident on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 6:00 p.m. the 28-year old allegedly entered a residence in the 1000 block of Southeast Rice Avenue. The suspect came in through the front door uninvited and asked for cigarettes. He allegedly refused to leave and was pushed out of the home. The residents wished to pursue charges.

The suspect was charged with first-degree criminal trespass and for a probation violation. He was held without bail.
