Roseburg Police cited two transients for offensive littering on Tuesday.

An RPD report said at about 10:00 a.m. the pair were contacted where they had set up camp inside the Gaddis Park Pavilion on Northwest Highland Street. There was a large amount of debris, bike parts and trash surrounding the camp.

The transients, ages 38 and 59, were released after being cited. Their camp was posted for clean up by the work crew later this week.
