A woman was cited for alleged criminal mischief early Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 12:00 a.m. officers responded to the 100 block of Northeast Zeus Avenue. A victim said 41-year old Jessica Wimberly from Winston broke the window out of his trailer. The suspect claimed that the man had attacked her but the evidence substantiated that the suspect caused the damage and also hit the victim’s car with a piece of wood.

Wimberly was cited for second-degree counts of disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, attempting to commit a class A misdemeanor, and for a warrant. She was released after being cited.
