COVID-19 CLAIMS 19 MORE LIVES, STATE DEATH TOLL AT 6,067, AS OF THURSDAY

COVID-19 has claimed 19 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 6,067, as of Thursday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 7,871 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 613,221.

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 1,130, which is 69 more than on Wednesday. There are 169 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 14 more than on Wednesday.

The new cases include:

*1,101 in Multnomah County

*989 in Marion County

*936 in Washington County

*522 in Clackamas County
