The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office jailed a woman for alleged misuse of 911 on Wednesday morning.

A DCSO report said the 57-year old had allegedly started calling early in the morning stating she needed an ambulance in the 300 block of Outback Lane in Glendale, “due to there being something in the air”.

When the ambulance arrived, she allegedly trespassed them. The report said the suspect called 911 a total of 10 times within an hour yelling and screaming at dispatch.

The woman was detained on $6,250 bail.
