A fugitive was cited after an alleged trespass issue by Roseburg Police early Tuesday.

An RPD report said at 3:30 am. the 67-year old was contacted in the 800 block of Southeast Douglas Avenue. Dispatch confirmed the man had a warrant. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, the man was released after being cited.
