Roseburg Police cited two people for offensive littering on Friday.

An RPD report said just after 11:30 a.m. the 42-year old man and 36-year old were contacted inside a trailer with what was called, “an obscene amount of garbage and debris” in a parking lot in the 1600 block of West Harvard.

Both were released after their citations were issued.
