A Roseburg man was cited Thursday for alleged multiple criminal mischief incidents that have recently taken place at an area business.
A Roseburg Police report said the News Review reported that company work vehicles were siphoned of their gas by the same individual in the early morning hours of the 8th, 14th, and 15th of this month. The report said 25-year old Ryan Copenharve was identified as the suspect on all three incidents which involved a dolly being stolen out of one vehicle on the 8th, and then the fuel lines cut to steal gas from two other vehicles on the 14th and 15th.
Copenharve was cited for unlawful entry into a motor vehicle, second-degree theft, 4 counts of second-degree criminal mischief and for 2 counts of third-degree theft. He was released after the citations were issued at about 5:10 p.m.
