One person was jailed and three were cited by Roseburg Police on Tuesday.

The RPD log said the man jailed was contacted digging in a dumpster in the 700 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard at about 11:30 p.m. He had an unworked warrant for failure to appear and was detained briefly.

Those cited each had one warrant. One was also cited for third-degree theft from a business in the 2100 block of Northwest Stewart Parkway.

Those are the only entries on the latest RPD log.
