Roseburg Police cited a man following multiple theft incidents.

An RPD report said on Saturday afternoon, 25-year old Ryan Copenharve was contacted at a residence in the 600 block of Southeast Parrott Street. The report said the suspect had been caught on video stealing fuel from several different business vehicles  in Roseburg and causing damage by cutting the fuel lines.

Copenharve was cited for first-degree criminal mischief, and two counts each of second-degree criminal mischief and second-degree theft.  He was released after the citations were issued.
