A Eugene man was detained following an alleged trespass incident on Friday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 10:15 a.m. the 78-year old was detained after he allegedly refused to leave the lobby of the Public Safety Center on Southeast Douglas. The suspect was taken into custody for second-degree trespassing and given a courtesy ride to the Roseburg Rescue Mission, where he was released after being given a citation.
