A man died in a two-vehicle crash in Winston on Wednesday.

A Winston Police report said just after 4:15 p.m. police and the Winston Fire Department responded to the wreck at the corner of South Main Street and Hart Street. At the scene, the driver of a sedan, 85-year old Roger Kateley was found deceased. The other driver, who was operating a pickup was not injured.

The crash investigation is ongoing and all those involved are cooperating. The Douglas County Sheriff’s Office is assisting. Alcohol was not involved in the accident.
