A Roseburg man was jailed for an alleged disorderly conduct incident on Monday.
A Roseburg Police report said the 27-year old was involved in a physical disturbance in front of a business in the 900 block of Southeast Stephens Street. The suspect was allegedly unreasonable and intoxicated, but was initially cited and released due to jail restrictions.
After the man left the scene, he made multiple calls to 911 requesting that officers find his jacket. Officers warned the suspect, but he continued to call dispatch with non-emergent issues. Officers responded back to the business and arrested the suspect at about 1:30 a.m.
He was charged with misuse of 911 and second-degree disorderly conduct. Bail was set at $6,250.
