An Oakridge man was cited for an alleged DUII incident by Roseburg Police on Monday.

An RPD report said at about 3:15 p.m. the 42-year old was seen driving southbound in the 2500 block of Northeast Stephens Street. He was reportedly failing to maintain his lane and remained stopped at a green light. A traffic stop was conducted and the suspect performed poorly on field sobriety tests. He was charged with DUII, following too closely, failure to drive within a lane and for violation of open container.

The man was released after the citation was issued.
