A Roseburg man was cited after an alleged trash incident early Monday.

A Roseburg Police report said just after 5:20 a.m. the 21-year old was contacted near a large pile of debris in the 400 block of Southeast Spruce Street. The suspect allegedly tried to walk away without picking up his trash. He was taken into custody for littering. He had a warrant out for his arrest as well.

The suspect was cited for depositing trash within 100 yards of a waterway and for the warrant and then was released.
