A transient was cited for an alleged criminal mischief incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 11:00 a.m.an officer pulled into the parking lot of Gaddis Park on Northwest Highland Street as the 53-year old was spray painting curse words across the entire face of a steel 4-yard dumpster. The transient was cited for second-degree criminal mischief.

The transient’s paint was seized before he was released.
