The driver was not seriously hurt in a single-vehicle wreck on Highway 138E, a few miles west of Glide, on Tuesday afternoon.

An Oregon State Police report said just before 1:20 p.m. the westbound driver had a mechanical issue with her vehicle’s steering, which caused it to go onto the shoulder, and roll. The driver was issued a warning. The vehicle was towed from the scene.
