A single vehicle wreck on Interstate 5, during a period of heavy rain, caused extensive damage on Monday.
A report from Oregon State Police said just after 8:00 a.m. a sedan was southbound near the Winston exit going approximately 70 miles per hour when the driver lost control and the vehicle spun.
The sedan hit a traffic attenuator damaging both Oregon Department of Transportation property and the sedan. No one was injured and the vehicle was towed from the scene.
