Roseburg Police cited a man for alleged criminal mischief on Friday night.

An RPD report said at 7:30 p.m. the 33-year old suspect was walking in the 900 block of Northwest Garden Valley Boulevard. He was reportedly swinging a propane tank and intentionally smashed a spotlight on the property of the Roseburg VA Medical Center.

The suspect was located a block away and cited for second-degree criminal mischief. He was released after being cited.
