A Roseburg woman was jailed for alleged disorderly conduct incidents on Thursday.

A Roseburg Police report said at 1:00 a.m. the 39-year old allegedly accused multiple people of stealing her phone and attempted to instigate multiple fights in the 800 block of Northwest Highland Street. The report said she also threatened to “…burn the place down”.

The suspect was charged with second-degree disorderly conduct and detained on $2,500 bail.
