A Roseburg man was cited for an alleged harassment incident on Tuesday.

A Roseburg Police report said at about 8:00 p.m. officers responded to a disturbance at a business in the 800 block of Southeast Cass Avenue in downtown. A 45-year old reportedly refused to leave the property. The man then re-entered the establishment and punched a victim in the eye, causing redness and swelling.

The suspect was released after the citation was issued.
