Douglas Electric Cooperative has approximately 3,900 customers without power, as of 5:00 a.m. Monday.

The utility says that due to changing weather conditions and the number of outages throughout the system, there is no estimated time for restoration. As many as 5,800 members were without power due to transmission line issues.
