COVID-19 has claimed 25 more lives, raising the state’s death toll to 5,623, as of Monday.

An update from the Oregon Health Authority reported 3,585 new confirmed and presumptive cases of COVID-19, bringing the state total to 414,140.

The new deaths and new cases reported Monday include data recorded by counties over a four-day period between Thursday and Sunday.

OHA said the number of hospitalized patients with COVID-19 across Oregon is 381, which is 23 more than on Sunday. There are 94 COVID-19 patients in intensive care unit beds, which is 2 more than on Sunday.

The new cases include:

*1,032 in Multnomah County

*540 in Washington County

*428 in Clackamas County

*324 in Deschutes County
